Career Planning and Market Preparation
Services will be adapted to needs and may include:
Thorough assessment of work background, experience, skills and education to identify realistic
career options.
Work/life assessment to evaluate pertinent career transition factors using customised
instruments, including:
  The Birkman, Strong, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator/ FIRO-B Combined Leadership Report
and Spectrum CPI-260
Career planning to determine interests, set goals and assess market.
Strategic planning to accelerate successful transition.
Change/stress management guidance.
Partner and family support.
Targeted networking assistance, incorporating latest approaches and techniques.
Enhancing brand and establishing/strengthening online presence.
CV development and biography creation.
Negotiation/employment agreement guidance.
Retirement readiness and/or alternative options planning.
New business exploration and assessment.
Simulation to strengthen interviewing and communication skills.
Personal development coaching for competitive positioning.
Follow-up coaching for 90 days to ensure successful transition into the new position.
